Fiona is an NYC-based casting professional and educator born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. She studied at Montclair State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. Fiona is currently pursuing an MFA in Theatre with a focus on casting and pedagogy in the University of Idaho's distance program. Recent casting projects include serving as Casting Director for the national tour of The Kite Runner and for Summer: The Donna Summer Musical for Norwegian Cruise Line and working as a Casting Associate for McCorkle Casting.

Prior to her work in casting, Fiona worked as an actor, performing on tour and at regional theaters across the United States and Canada. She has taught musical theatre, acting, career management, and audition technique at performing arts studios and colleges, including teaching as an adjunct faculty member at NYU's Stonestreet Studios. She lives in New York with her husband Charlie and their two rescue dogs, Willow and Scout.

Fiona is passionate about facilitating opportunities for authentic representation on stage and screen. In her research at the University of Idaho, Fiona has focused on disability representation in casting and creating more equitable, accessible college audition processes.
